Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

shinexta operates this website as a professional hub for live television production. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for adults engaged in professional television production. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into contracts. You may use the site only for lawful purposes related to studio equipment integration, camera techniques, acoustic optimisation, lighting setups and production processes. Commercial use is permitted only where expressly authorised by shinexta.

Prohibited conduct

You must not upload material that is defamatory, infringing, obscene or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with site security, or use automated tools to scrape content. Violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities under UK law.

Accounts, submissions or user content

Where accounts or submission forms are provided you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and secure. Any content you submit remains your responsibility. shinexta may review, remove or refuse submissions that breach these terms. Personal data submitted through contact forms is handled in accordance with our privacy notice and PECR cookie rules.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, images, designs and other materials on the site are owned by shinexta or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent. Limited personal non-commercial use is allowed provided you do not alter the material or remove notices. Trademarks such as the shinexta name must not be used without permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference third-party tools, platforms or resources. These are provided for information only. shinexta does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy or availability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

shinexta aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal reasons or breach of these terms. Changes to the site or these terms will be notified by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK consumer law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the above, shinexta total liability arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the preceding twelve months or one hundred pounds sterling, whichever is greater. This limit applies to all claims including negligence but does not restrict your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify shinexta against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, including reasonable legal costs incurred in defending such claims.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution is available through approved schemes if you prefer not to go to court.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
