About us

Engineers and storytellers behind the live signal.

shinexta is a UK-based professional hub for live television production. We combine technical depth with a producer’s eye for pace, tone and timing.

Our story

Built on years of newsroom and studio floors.

shinexta started as a small group of studio engineers and floor managers who were tired of seeing great programmes undermined by avoidable technical problems. Today we support news bulletins, long-form interviews and multi-camera live shows for broadcasters, agencies and corporate studios throughout the United Kingdom.

Our approach joins equipment integration, camera direction, acoustics and lighting into a single, well-documented workflow, so every department works from the same plan.

What we stand for

Principles that keep shows on air.

  • Reliability first

Every rig is built with redundancy, labelled clearly and rehearsed until the live show feels routine.

  • Clear communication

Directors, engineers and presenters get plain-English documents and cue sheets, not jargon.

  • Craft over gadgets

We choose equipment to fit your editorial needs and budget, not the other way round.

  • Transparent pricing

Fixed quotes, itemised packages and no surprises on the invoice after the broadcast.

How we work

One team from first sketch to final credits.

You will always speak to the same technical lead who plans your rig, joins the rehearsal and stays on call during the broadcast. Tell us about your next programme and we will map out the best route to air.
